Welcome! I would like to try something new. After reading the poem and before reading what I have to say, if there are any thoughts you feel like sharing, please comment. I would love to hear how the poem makes you feel or what ideas come to mind. I also welcome you to comment on what I have to say. Interested in discourse, I think communication is key. We are community after all. Life built on the collaboration of others. Anyways, have a beautiful Sunday and a fantastic week. Most importantly, I thank you for being here.
Sons Solis Soul’s bent
Twisted Tangled Hell sent
Dangerous Dark trickery
Ignorance hunts you and me
In His Light we are saved
Wake up ‘fore it’s too late
Inspired by a book I was researching, I created the first line. A little word play felt nice the way it rolled off the tongue. I tried to follow that in subsequent lines. A poem in discourse between light and darkness. Through its Hebrew definition.. between wisdom and ignorance. The idea that there is no Hell and Heaven is created here on Earth intrigues me. I take faith in this idea. That God’s creation is pure in its sense. Ignorance — the lack of wisdom, truth, light, love — is the real evil that hinders our true awakening. Our true calling to our true nature as Humanity. As souls encompassing physical vehicles to experience and know ourselves. To seek and know truth.
I have heard it through life “The Truth will set you free” — this statement holds a new weight to it. As if there was a secret message hidden within these words. An obvious sentence easily overlooked.
Let us wake from the sleep we are under. Let us rise from the darkness we find ourselves in. The Light is what sets us free. Truth is what sets us free. Wisdom will set us free. Let us search for it. The lost treasures destined for our souls. Let us not be misled no more.
I wish you Eternal. Bless you. Godspeed.
I once read somewhere where it said “we’re not here to make decisions so much as discoveries”. Could it be whether we decide to discover the lie or the truth? 2Thess2:11 🙏
